Moderation

We moderate controversial discussions in a personal setting as well as in a public event. As moderators we ensure all participants can have their say, the specific concerns can be dealt with in a pleasant atmosphere and a goal-oriented exchange can take place.

This can be a single event or a process of development, for example as part of an organizational change, through which constructive solutions can be achieved for complex dynamics and areas of tension.
